Here is a list of frequently asked questions about our semiconductor laser products.

We don't have an accurate measurement result, however, we assume it is longer than 10 meters. This is because the spectral linewidth of a seed laser is a few MHz, and that of the frequency-doubled laser should be similar.
X: 0.43±0.3mm (532nm), 0.5±0.3mm (561nm), 0.53±0.3mm (594nm)
Y: 1.34±0.3mm
Z: 2.0±0.2mmIt is ±2 degrees.
The longitudinal mode (wavelength) is multimode. The transverse mode (beam shape) is singlemode.

Z: 1.70mm from the reference plane of a stem
Tolerance: ±0.05mmSPC with Au plating.
The soldering iron tip temperature should be 350℃ and the soldering time should be less than 5sec. The soldering position should be at least 2mm away from the root of a lead. The products may be damaged by static electricity, surge, or excessive thermal load, and reliability may be degraded. Please take adequate measures against static electricity when handling products.
