Here is a list of frequently asked questions about our semiconductor laser products.

We don't have an accurate measurement result, however, we assume it is longer than 10 meters. This is because the spectral linewidth of a seed laser is a few MHz, and that of the frequency-doubled laser should be similar.
X: 0.43±0.3 mm (532 nm), 0.5±0.3 mm (561 nm), 0.53±0.3 mm (594 nm)
Y: 1.34±0.3 mm
Z: 2.0±0.2 mmIt is ±2 degrees.
The longitudinal mode (wavelength) is multimode. The transverse mode (beam shape) is singlemode.

Z: 1.70 mm from the reference plane of a stem
Tolerance: ±0.05 mmSPC with Au plating.
The soldering iron tip temperature should be 350℃ and the soldering time should be less than 5 sec. The soldering position should be at least 2 mm away from the root of a lead. The products may be damaged by static electricity, surge, or excessive thermal load, and reliability may be degraded. Please take adequate measures against static electricity when handling products.
