The QLD1x6x series is a high power single mode DFB laser with wavelengths of 1018 nm-1122 nm and 1140 nm-1188 nm. The package is a standard 14-pin butterfly type (7-pin SMPM module type, only for the QLD106G series) with a built-in optical isolator (without a built-in optical isolator, only for the QLD106L series) and polarization-maintaining optical fiber. It has excellent spectral stability and can operate under various operating conditions from CW operation to short pulsed operations (15 picoseconds, 50 picoseconds with gain switch operation, and nanoseconds operation), making it ideal as a seed laser for fiber lasers. We also offer various driver boards such as 15-picosecond, 50-picosecond, nanosecond, DFB-SOA, CW, etc. We will greatly contribute to your fiber laser design.
